Extended Hours Program is a state-licensed childcare program that has been working with District 51 to provide care for working families for over 25 years!
We offer children an opportunity to be with their friends, enrich their day through special activities, work on homework assignments, and to relax. The program includes open-ended activities from areas including art, math, science, athletics, drama, and literature that allow children to explore ideas and solve problems independently.
We offer Before and After school care Monday – Friday for grades K – 5.
- Hours:
- Before School: 6:30 a.m. – School Start
- After School: School End – 6:00 p.m.
- Early Release Friday: School End – 6:00 p.m.
- Days:
- We operate every day that school is in session! Our program starts on the 1st day of school and ends on the last day. We strive to be available for working families whenever they need us!
- Non-School Days:
- We offer Full Day programs for the majority of non-school days and several days over holiday breaks. Parents can reserve care at one of our full-day sites for days needed.
Registration: Families must complete a new registration for our program each school year. Registration is completed through our website, www.extendedhoursprogram.com.
